Our website contains links to other websites; we are not and cannot be  responsible for the content of those external websites. Our website includes the genre, and company name of legal entities we do or have done business with; this is generally available information on the internet anyway that can be browsed publicly. A request may be made at any time and will be honoured to have names / metadata removed. 

Data Storage and Access

We primarily and almost exclusively use digital storage. We use  measures to keep your data safe and to prevent unauthorised access or use. Digital data is not stored on cloud systems and we control who has access to information using both physical and electronic means using password protected PC’s. Any physical data is limited in access to only those who are deemed responsible to ensure the data remains secure.

Time Expiry of Data Storage

We use and store information for so long as it is required for the task it was collected for; this can be as many years in the case of Slip Injury cases; this period is in the event that new information / evidence comes to light necessitating revisit of a case. On occasion, we review the stored data and delete defunct items.

  • Disclose Data except to those persons involved in legal cases pursuant to a case
  • Ever use your data with your consent, or where it is necessary in order to enter into, or perform, a contract with you; comply legally with a court or legal entity and would inform you in this case

Marketing

We may send details by email or post or contact by telephone businesses we have dealt or found via the internet. You may request at any time to have marketing calls stopped by using the 'Contact FloorSlip' link on the website.

Sample / Aggregated / Statistical Data

Data used for example cases is anonymised by genre to show trends and statistics but is done so that there is no portrayal of the source.

Accidents Or Incidents

If an accident or incident should occur from involvement with FloorSlip in execution of our tasks then a record of any contacts including personal data and sensitive personal data will be maintained to protect our interests.

We try to ensure this page remains current and reflects current legislation on GPDR. Changes were updated February 2023 superseding that published Aug 2018.
